Most products displayed at the Site are available in the United Kingdom while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in G.B.P. Sterling and are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.
DOWNLOADS
We have made every effort to ensure our download system works for the downloading of digital products after purchase. However, there may be times when part of the system is not functioning correctly and you may not be able to receive your purchased product striaght away. Please notify us immediatly if you do not receive or cannot download you products after purchase and we do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.

Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or West Wales Web and/or Dance Jam Music , you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
PAYMENT
Dance Jam Music only accepts payments made through our verified PayPal account. All payments will be made payable to our parent company West Wales Web, this is ensure you get the best security for your payment but invoices will be marked with Dance Jam Music. You do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to use their payment portal, Credit and Debit card details can be entered and accepted even if you don not have an account with PayPal. Please note that no secure information about your credit or debit cards is handled by West Wales Web and/or Dance Jam Music and we do not keep records of your details other than basic contact details for the use of delivering your products. West Wales Web is not VAT registered so all prices shown already include the VAT as paid by us.
